I really don’t think it’s any secret that BANDIT SIGNS are far and away one of the easiest and most effective ways for a business to get the phones ringing.
Unfortunately, and I realize all areas are different, if you’re just throwing them up all over the place without any permission, on some level, you’re probably doing something that is illegal.
Hate to break it to ya.
Now am I’m not saying you should discontinue putting them out, that’s up to you, but in this post I am going to explain a few ways to do it LEGALLY, and still get solid PROVEN results.
So enjoy a sneak peak at my FREE REPORT:
5 creative ways to LEGALLY use Bandit Signs to ignite your BUSINESS
1 – BANDIT YOUR RIDE
I constantly keep two signs in my truck and each time I park, I throw them up on my dashboard for all to see. I’ve also gotten into the habit of scoping out prime traffic areas when parking – i.e. parking lot entrances/exits & high traffic intersections when street parking.
2 – BANDIT YOUR OWN PROPERTY
Now I admit, I have never put a bandit sign in the lawn of my own personal residence, but I have put them up on my rentals… a number of times. If you have any property, I recommend you do the same. Also, if you have any landlord buddies, ask them if you can hit up their properties.
3 – BANDIT LISTED PROPERTY
Team up with a Real Estate Agent and bandit their listings. I work with an agent that consistently has a ton of REO listings (bank owned properties) and he’s completely cool with a bandit sign in the yard of each of his properties. This method’s not only effective in generating motivated seller calls, but also in building a serious buyers list – as, at least in my area, these types of properties get a ton of investor traffic. And when they come through, in many cases, they’ll see your sign & call you to see what deals you have. Now you have a future buyer.
4 – BANDIT YOUR CONTRACTED PROPERTY
The minute you get a deal under contract, throw a bandit sign in the yard. Not only will it help with getting more leads, but it will help you sell the house you’ve got under contract. Everyone wants to pick their neighbors… and it’s funny how quickly people will automatically mistake your Bandit Sign for a FOR SALE sign. Either way, the phone will ring and your leads list, both buyers and sellers, will grow.
5 – BANDIT A BUSINESS
Find high traffic businesses in your area, and ask if you can put a bandit sign out on their property. I recommend places that you frequent – i.e. gas stations, grocery stores, retail shops. If you have some type of relationship with the owner, he or she will be a ton more likely to give you a go.
